The necessity of CHESF was to analyze the viability of Hydroelectric (AHE) Pedra Branca and Riacho Seco, located on River Basin of the San Francisco na the Channel Derivation of Pedra Branca. For this, it were required survey Aerophotogrammetric to subsidize studies an area of mi ²  worked in just over three years.
